Default Scam Warning !!!

Well, looks like I got scammed.

Guy on E-bay by the name of
jcash5050 He sold me an intake, throttle body, injectors, fuel rails. Had me pay with paypal for immediate payment and relisted it again. Wont' return my e-mails or calls.

Beware of this guy.

If you want to see it for yourself, look at the auction I bought it with item # 150115401757 and here is the re-listed auction #150118865944

The crack head has it re-listed again. Here's the scam. He lists the item, requires immediate payment Paypal only. Re-lists it again with the same deal to scam someone else. I have report the auction to Paypal and to E-bay.

Never been wacked this bad before...

Be Warned !!!

Have you made contact with the authorities at Ebay and PayPal?

They are very conscious of people who do this stuff and often act on it quickly.

What are the chances there are more groups of parts like this that they are selling?

What does his Ebay rating look like?

Be sure to leaver them negative feedback.

I knew some one who got kicked off Ebay for price fixing.

They had an Ebay store and under a different screen-name they were “using the same computer” to push up the bidding prices on stuff they had for sale.

Keep us posted and good luck!

It definitely looks like something is a little bit off. Maybe he had a couple to sell and you will still receive your items. Definitely report it if you don't get your parts.

Look at his track record.

He only has 2 negative feedbacks in the last 12-months and you are likely one of them.

This deal still sounds suspicious though!

Keep knocking on his door in every way.

His rating is kinda high, but maybe he canceled your transaction, because what you bought it for is less than what his new listing is. I don't know. I hope it all works out for you. Good Luck with the CRACKHEAD!

86GT-TTOP got ripped off even if he gets whats pictured thats a stock upper and lower manifold and im sure the injectors which are also painted black are not 24 lb'ers. no wonder he relisted, heck he's probably headed to the junkyard to get another stock manifold to paint black and sell to another sucker for $500. oh well if you do get it at least the valve covers and throttle body look new

Sorry to hear your news. I hate it when that happens. I'm not a fuel injected person, but that looks like Xnutt's stock intake on his car.

Default finally over

Ok, here's the wrap up. E-bay suspended him. Paypal suspended his account too.

Paypal took the money from his account and gave me all of it back... Not so much as a happy ending as a relief that Paypal stepped up and got him.

Your right, it wasn't even a Cobra intake...

Thanks for all of your support !

I'm going to cancel my ebay account. Ebay itself is a rip-off! I sold a product there and paid my fees for selling the product. Now they want me to pay another fee. Before you know it, the money, that I made will be wasted in all the fees they keep coming up with. Anyways, new stuff, like mustang parts, cost the same in the internet and in catalogs that I want, as the real brand products being sold on Ebay. I might sell a whole ford F150/ Bronco lift kit for 300 bucks, new, on bargain trader. Less pain in the neck.

I had kinda of the same problem with a guy. He advertised a John Deere part. I paid thru pay pal and it took the 4 days to transfer funds. I called to tell him the funds got transfered and he forgot that I wanted that part. So then he tells me no problem he has more. 1 week goes by and now part. I call and he tells me he will check on it when he gets home. No phone call. Call again and get more run around. Filed with paypal and within a day he luckly credits me back my $$$ the SOB

Please remember it's not always the buyer getting screwed through PayPal, sometimes it's the seller. I got handled BIG time ($3,000) and was the seller.

Sold a boat on week before Memorial Day. Buyer said please let me pay with credit card through PayPal so I can have the boat for the weekend. I thought ok just this once. He paid good and fine and picked the boat up next day, and seemed like a very nice very friendly guy. I had the money on the following Monday, and had already spent it when a, few weeks later PayPal says we need our $3,000 back. I thought what the heck. Turns out bad credit card that THEY (PayPal) issued to this con-artist. I said you'll get that 3 grand when I get my boat back!!!! This went on for almost a year and I had the police dept. from the buyers supposed town go search the supposed address....vacant building! Tried big time to fight it and just about hired a lawyer, but I would have had to go to Ohio where this scumbag supposedly lived to go to court and it would have cost me well over 3 grand!!!!

In the end I lost the boat to this con-artist and $3,000 to PayPal!! That was the last time I will EVER take ANY payment through PayPal from ANYBODY!!!!
