Well I hate to sell but the time has come to move on and sell my 86 GT. Light Regatta blue 5 speed with 58,000 miles. interior is mint with very little wear. It needs a paint job because the 20 year old paint is peeling off the hood. Other than that the paint is in very nice condition for the year. Basic bolt on mods cold air intake, underdrive pulleys, 9mm wires and a rear end girdle cover from T/A. The stereo is Alpine the amp is alpine and the speakers are polk and infinity with a 10 inch bazoka. I have a set of american racing rims on the car now but I do have the original 10 holes that are in great shape with no curb rash. I'm not sure what the car is worth so if anyone is "interested" please email me and we can talk money.

NO!!!!! :(
I suggest that someone who wants a very decent 1986 step up to plate right now (before I do) and talk to this guy.
This is a 50k mile stick car that "does not" have A/C.
It only shows the usual wear a 20 year-old car would that only has this kind of mileage.
I'll gladly give it a non-biased 100% looking over if someone far away is seriously looking for a 1986.
The only thing stopping me from calling him is that there are too many sharp objects in my house available to my wife.

Those characters you see me with razz me (walking at lunch hour) all the time because of what that guy did. :(

Chris thats funny (about the neighbor) You know, its time for a bigger car for my family. I actually want to buy a crown vic (go figure) then in the spring or summer pick up a 66 to 72 chevy.
If funds are available. But who knows I might still be driving the stang next year its a pretty specific car for the right person and its a matter of finding the right person. :beertoas:

David, the thought has occurred to me, but the LX would have to stay put.
I could find dry off-site storage for small money. I might be able to buy the car and store for a period of time. Then I take the GT out, I could just say to my wife that I had the LX painted if I were to keep the 10-Holes on it.
Seriously, she couldn’t tell the difference, but man, would the $hit hit the fan if she could figure it out! :devilgrn:

Chris you know that she(the car) is calling your name !!With very little effort and some paint the car could look like a showroom car with all the original equipment. :beertoas:

What are you doing Mike! :eek1: :eek1:
If anyone is serious about purchasing a very straight 1986 stick car, I strongly suggest giving this car an honest looking at.
I've seen the car up close and I'll gladly give it a thorough (non-biased) going thru if any is serious about taking this car off his hands.

Rich I agree, but with the size of my driveway and my wifes car i dont have enough room for 4 cars but maybe three lol. And old chevy's are were my heart is. If anyone is really interested with the price of the car so low I cant sell it with the stereo in it. The Complete Alpine, Polk audio and infinity stereo will be taken out of the car.

Mike, I have had 4 Chevy Novas in the past. A 65, 69, 73, and a 74 hatch. I have also had my share of 67,68 69 Camaros too. Nothing wrong with liking old GM, MOPAR, or Ford products. It is sure better than any Jap stuff ever made.lol
