This is my wife's 'toy' and she has decided it was time to part ways. She took over the car as a lease back in '87 and has owned it since. We had the car repainted 1998 and had new Ford door skins and trunk lid installed. We also had the hood stripe painted on, rather than a decal. I have new Ford 5.0L badges and Mustang GT decal that were never installed. I replaced the heater core & intake/valve cover gaskets in the spring of 2004. Motor runs smooth with no puffs of smoke and the AOD is still tight (i.e.- engine is good for another 100K).
