Some of you were asking about this car so I figured I go ahead and post it here. This car is for sale again and I have written up a web page with all kinds of information about it.
Let me know if you think I have the pricing right on it. $3500

I simply stripped off the aged Clear Coat. You would be amazed how much that will clean them up.

What did you use to strip the wheels? Did you re-clear them again?

Yeah,I have to agree with the guys here in saying that you did an excellent job...Very clean,heh...the whole car is clean...
If I only had a extra cash...I think I would have a new little daily driver and have to decide if I want to drive stick today or enjoy the cruise with an auto... :D

I used JASCO Semi Paste stripper. I got it down at Lowes. If you decide to do this please please be careful with the stripper. Use ruber gloves and a face sheild to keep it out of your eyes. Its some very nasty stuff.
No I did not reclear them. But it probably wouldn't be a bad idea. Otherwise they'll just need polishing every-so-often.
Thank for the kind words Milt. I've got someone chomping at the bit to buy it. He's trying to raise the funds.
