Default Fuel pump

So my 91 GT won’t start:
With over 100k I am pretty sure it is the fuel pump. It was intermittent now it is just done. When I turn the key I no longer hear the whine from the back. Anybody have any other possibilities before i drop the tank? Any suggestions on where to get the pump or tricks to replacing it?

I would probably start with checking fuses and making sure it was getting power since that's much cleaner and cheaper. I have no real suggestions on the pump itself other than siphoning/pumping out as much gas as possible before you begin.

Good luck!
