Default Help deciding on clutch purchase

Hi guys, I've got a 1990 Mustang LX, 302, headers, pretty much stock. I don't normally race it, but do throw it around a bit and I guess I do push it somewhat once in a while. Truth is it's hard not to drive it hard. It's like it's always asking for it.

I know nothing about clutches except that the last one I had put in was a fenco and it sucked big time, I probably got 25k out of it IF. I haven't driven the car in while and am having the motor taken out to have the shock towers/mounts welded, so I thought while the engine comes out the clutch gets done and the rear main seal gets done.

Anyway, I want to keep it under 200 bucks and I don't want to wreck my leg like with the old centerforce, that one was too extreme. Am an old man now and my knee is not what it used to be ....

This is the list from rockauto

I am not promoting them, was just the first place I searched.

Thanks in advance for the help comments...
