Default Stalling

85 gt 35k miles
My car runs great except when I come to a stop then the idle drops to 300 chugs and dies. If I am quick enough and tap the gas pedal it idles up normal, until I come to another stop. Is this the speed sensor? Suggestions?
Fixed it myself. Rotor button was melted. Replaced it ran out the old gas, put in fresh now it runs like 35K GT should.
