Been spending time doing reassembly as of late:
My 4-eye once again has its 4 eyes (and tail lights too):

More progress shots:
Masked off the the dash and also applied some seam sealer on the remaining joints on the floor.

Applied three coats of SEM Napa Red to the dash and various other interior parts:

After it dried I put a few pieces back together:

I also cleaned, scuffed, and painted the rear quarter plastics, used 4 coats on these due to the dried areas. I think they turned out pretty good:

Put the interior plastics in the car to allow to them to dry thoroughly. Cleaned up the garage and moved the car back to it's resting spot.

I pulled out the seats (again) cleaned up the floor (again) and painted. Here is a before of the rear hatch area:

And a few after shots.

Joe,

I am so amazed at the phenomenal job that you have done on this car. I so can't wait to see it again. It has come along way from when I saw it last in your garage.

Thanks guys, more progress. I installed Eastwood sound deadener. Cut, peal, and stick. Bought their "roller" tool to ensure good adhesion. Probably could have found something local but their tool is well built.

Next up was the carpet, had to dig it out of the basement. It's been in there for years. This is actually a ford original from an 84. Fit was perfect as would be expected with OEM carpet. Then I put the seats back in.

Also installed both the hatch molding clips and windshield clips:

This is the top of the drivers side a-pillar, where I ended up rebuilding the metal due to rot. So I had to pop-rivet the clips (used seam sealer to keep it water tight):

Wednseday was glass day! Local company came to the house to do the install. I pulled both the front and rear glass a while ago and had them stored in my basement. Now they're finally one with the car again.....

I've kept the inspection sticker just for fun....

In talking with the glass guy, this is the (or maybe an) original windshield, W-900 p/n

And the rear is in as well.

Now I can get busy with the wet sanding and buffing and then work on installing the trim / moldings.
