Like imnuts said... spread the word!

The guy I bought my Mustang from has a 90 GT now and I told him to stop in and register his car atleast and check out the board, but he's not into that sort of thing, I guess... oh well..

I always try and keep my eyes open for GT's and if I see the owner, I try and make an effort to spread this site!

LOL then you would have to wonder why he would buy that car if he didn't want to get noticed. I have a couple guys here in Rouleau with GT's thought i'd hit them up in the spring when the cars come out of hibernation. I also seen a few in Regina as well so we'll see what i can do.

Smile Alberta Here

Another Alberta car checking in. I'm the 2nd owner of this 82GT, purchased in 1988. The car is currently undergoing a complete upgrade/restoration. December was stripping the car inside and out, bodywork and paint; January was suspension installation; February was interior installation; and March is drivetrain installation. Weather dependent, my toy should be on the road by April!

Here's a couple of pics of the progress so far.

Thanks for the warm welcome. Nice looking car you have too. In fact, it's identical to what mine looked like, except for the t-tops, before embarking on my own version of "Overhaulin"!

Thanks, too!!

I seen a black 82 with t-tops driving in Saskatoon the other day..

I know myself, I tried driving mine in the winter the first year I had it, within two weeks I bought myself a Tempo as winter driver...

Now, the Tempo is gone and I have something else thats a little more reliable, better shape and a hell of a lot peppier!!

Default Checking in.

Hey guys. My name is James and I just bought my 82 GT. I live in Saskatoon, Saskatoon. My car is a Red 5 speed with T-tops. It has every factory option except for air. But that is a power robber anyways. There is only one problem with it. The power steering only works to one side!!! It has power to the left but not the right. Any Ideas??? thanks guys. Any guys that get together with these cars in saskatoon?

first off Welcome to the best damn Fox body site on the net.
toontown82 i would suspect you have an issue with the rack and pinion, have you tried to change the lines first. If that doesn't fix the prob, then you are in need of a rack and pinion.

Hey again toontown82!

I'm from Saskatoon too!

I don't know of any Mustang get togethers, other then there is a Mustang Club of Saskatoon.

I myself haven't joined it yet, as my car is.. well.. not show quality

It'll be there in a few years, believe me.

Anyways, from one Saskatoonian/Saskatchewanian '82 GT owner to another, welcome to the registry!

Hey 86GTRAG, we just reserved the last room available at the WEM for this event! Unfortunately, all they had left was one room for Saturday night only so I guess we'll be coming up for the S&S, BBQ and cruise to the Reynolds Museum. It's my own fault for leaving it so late but at least we'll be there for most of it. And I'll make sure my car is preregistered before the end of the month!

I can't wait...it's going to be a blast!
