Default Unstamped" 1984 gt performer registry

HI,

There has been a recent rash of "UNSTAMPED" 1984 GT Performers coming out of the woodwork lately. For those not in the know, this was GT's 1st stab at their own Freestyle specific frameset. The very early ones did not have the typical GT stamped into the baloney cut on the top tube. I heard rumors that there were only a couple dozen of these produced before they started stamping them, but I cannot confirm or deny that rumor. Anyone with more intimate knowledge of this, please chime in..

Please help.

I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
