Default 82 Gt For Sale All Options Low Miles

THIS BLACK MUSTANG GT IS QUITE POSSIBLY THE LOWEST MILEAGE HIGHEST OPTIONED ALL ORIGINAL UNRESTORED MUSTANG GT IN EXISTENCE, 19K MILES. THE 1982 MUSTANG IS THE CAR THAT STARTED THE MODERN MUSCLE CAR CRAZE. THIS IS A ONE YEAR ONLY DESIGN.

ALL DOCUMENTATION FROM CONCEPTION TO TODAY HAS BEEN PRESERVED. THIS CAR HAS HAD SOME FAMOUS OWNERS IN THE PAST LES BAER RACING AND DRAG RACER MICHAEL COUGHLIN WHOS FAMILY OWNS JEGS SPEED EQUIPMENT. BOTH OWNERS BOUGHT THE CAR SITE UNSEEN. THESE OWNERS PUT ON LESS THAN 100 MILES AND THESE WERE JUST FOR SHOW. I HAVE COPIES OF THE TITLES THIS IS A 4 OWNER CAR.

ANY PART THAT HAS BEEN CHANGED HAS BEEN DOCUMENTED BY RECEIPT AND ONLY FORD PARTS WERE USED. I HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH THE ORIGINAL OWNER AND MICHAEL COUGHLIN THEY HAVE DOCUMENTED THE CONDITION OF THE CAR AS WELL AS THE HISTORY. THE T-TOPS HAD NEVER BEEN REMOVED (I REMOVED TO CLEAN) SUBSEQUENTLY THE FACTORY T-TOP WEATHER STRIPPING RECALL WAS NEVER PERFORMED. THE WEATHER STRIPPING HAS NO CRACKS OR DRY ROT. THE RARE FACTORY LEATHER SEATS SHOW NO SIGN OF WEAR AS WELL AS THE INTERIOR.

ALL PAINT, GLASS AND SHEET METAL IS ORIGINAL TO THE CAR EXCEPT THE PASSENGER DOOR PAINT. THIS WAS VANDALIZED WHEN NEW AND WAS PAINTED BY THE FORD DEALER NO SHEET METAL DAMAGE JUST A SCRATCH. ALL PARTS ARE DATE CODED PROPERLY. ALL BRAKE PADS ARE ORIGINAL. ALL ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONICS WORK. THE WINDSHIELD AND REAR WINDOW WIPER BLADES ARE ORIGINAL. I HAVE THE ORIGINAL AIR FILTER. ALL GLASS IS PERFECT AND UN SCRATCHED.

THIS MUSTANG IS DOCUMENTED AS HAVING EVERY AVAILABLE OPTION EXCEPT ENGINE BLOCK HEATER.

NOT MANY OF THESE CARS WERE PRESERVED LIKE THIS. MOST WERE TRASHED WITHIN INCHES OF THERE LIVES. TO FIND A DOCUMENTED ORIGINAL UN RESTORED LOW MILEAGE FOX BODY MUSTANG GT IS NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE.

PICTURES UPON REQUEST

$17,900.00 obo

Smile 1982 Mustang GT Low Miles

I also have an 82 GT with 19038 original miles except mine has the recaro seats and black exterior and also fully optioned . It is a one owner highly documented car that was built on day one production and one of the first 200 built. Original paint, tires, belt, radiator hoses and so forth. I paid only $8,500.00 in April this year. The lowest 82 GT I know of has 11500 original miles and it is in Austin, Texas. It was bought for $11,500.00 last year. Good luck with your sell but I would keep it if I were you. Dan

I cant figure out why low mileage original 80 and 81 Z28's are bringing 15k to 19k and the original Mustang GT cars that spanked them are bringing 11k.

I've made the same observation! Even with the 1960s and 1970s muscle, it seems like the GM cars always bring way higher dollars than "equivalent" Fords. The 1980s cars will probably be no different.

My 1992 Camaro 1LE is currently appraised higher than any factory Fox chassis Mustang I've seen, except maybe for a mint '93 Cobra. And it only has a 305 TPI engine.

I'm starting to see mint (but very common) IROC-Z coupes bringing over $15K; mint Mustang GT hatchbacks rarely hit this territory.

The good news is, those of us who like Fords can still get good bargains on them...just like when the cars were new.
