What is meant by explorer/gt40 intake? Does that mean it is off of an explorer?

I believe '97-up 5.0L Explorers had GT-40 intakes. The intakes were slightly different than those on '93-'95 SVT Mustang Cobra engines.

Here are a couple of websites on the install for a mustang. Geo obviously has done it and can critique them on accuracy in their directions.
