Sorry, I haven't been around much lately. I feel like I've been ignoring old friends!

We are moving to Burnsville, MN (just outside Minneapolis) on April 11th and we still have lots of packing, plus last minute arrangements, plus house showings, plus open houses, plus planning the trip and so on and so on . . .

I haven't posted much lately because of time, but I plan to be back quite a bit in mid April.

P.S. Dave and Kathy - I hope your parents are doing well. You guys have made this site feel like a big family and we all hope your family is doing well.

Thanks for the good wishes... we really appreciate it.

Good luck with your move. I would hate to think of doing THAT again in the near future.

It was bad enough moving 2 miles and not having a house to try to sell - I can't imagine moving to another state! We moved into our new house almost four years ago and we still are unpacking boxes from the move and still can't find things.

Burnsville isn't that far away from us (Des Moines, IA). I think David's brother used to live in Burnsville a long time ago.

Do you have your moving route planned out yet? If so, are you travelling west on I-80 to Des Moines and then north on I-35 to get to MN or are you taking a different route? If you take I-80 west to I-35 north, you'll only be a few miles from our house.

Nevermind...

I just looked at a map and I doubt if you'll go that way. I'm guessing you'll be missing Iowa entirely and going through Illinois and Wisconsin instead.

Looks like 64 to 57 to 74 to 94/90 to 494. I don't think I'll be in your neck of the woods this time, but I would like to meet you guys. Maybe I'll catch you at Fun Ford Weekend in St. Louis this year?

You dont by chance own a red mustang that is always parked at the end of a driveway, just off Interlachen do you?

Not from MN, but my shop is in Eau Claire, WI not far down I-94. I usually go to quite a few car shows in the cities so maybe I'll run into you.
