Somebody explain to me... - 1982-1993 Mustang GT Registry Message Board

How I'm supposed to get the message out that the registry website is back up and going when I post a simple message to that fact on AllFordMustangs.com and this is what I'm greeted with when trying to log in now...

wow... MustangGTorg is forever banned there...

I'm a more than a little ticked off right now.

Maybe try PMing a mod on corral.net and foureyedpride.com see if they can give you some love and make an announcement or something?

just asked the mods @ /r/foxmustang if they could post a sticky up there, about the website coming back up. So, hopefully they'll do that for us.

Hi Kathy,
I let the FB Fox groups I'm on, the registry is back up & I'll put it on my website (foxstangs.com) if its ok.

No reason other than they thought I was a spammer...

I ended up sending a message to the "Powers That Be" there and they decided to unban me with the stipulation... "Please do not post any links to commercial site that you have business dealings with unless you become a paid sponsor/vendor." I don't think they understood this is NOT a commercial site... FAR from it. LOL.

I've never in the past had a problem promoting the site as it's an enthusiast's site. I guess times have changed and I will have to be a little more subtle with how I tell people about the website/registry.

That's even more ridiculous!!! They have many postings on the site referencing some of the research YOU have done into year-by-year changes, etc. And they CLEARLY acknowledge you and your work as being authentic and reliable!!!

I think it would be a good idea to ask to actually speak with one of the OWNERS of the site and hash this garbage out.
