I put a day's insurance on my '87 GT to take it through aircare on wednesday. My bro and his friend were ribbing me about letting it sit so long, and bet I didn't have the balls to lay a patch. I wasn't going to, but when I got in it, that feeling came over me, so I dumped the clutch and layed on the gas.... covered them both in smoke and left two big black marks halfway up the street.
Later, my bro said all our neighbor's came out to see what the noise was, but luckily I was out of sight.
oh yeah, it passed aircare with no prob at 195,000 kms

Nice. I put a permit on mine for tues/weds and went out to have some fun. I love spinning those 245's and letting her kick sideways for a bit. Since then I've put full insurance on it and now the weather blows and it's raining. Fricken weather.

10 after two in Sechelt and it's been mostly sunny all day
