Default Mountain Cruise Oct 27th SC/NC area

OK Gang, After looking at the FALL FOLIAGE FORECAST 2007
( http://www.romanticasheville.com/fall.htm ), I'm thinking that the 27th of Oct would be better for us as far as those wanting to cruise and see all the color of the mountains. So I think the 27th would be much better. I would love for us to have a great turn out for this one, and this would allow more members to go with us.

So PLEASE Make plans to come out play in the curves and cruise the Parkway with us on the 27th. Also POST up if you will be coming and if you would like to do a picnic lunch along the way.

We will up at meet at Hooters on Lareuns Rd at 10:30, rolling out at 11am.
The route will be our normal one. Up Hwy 276 to Hwy 11, Taking a right onto Hwy 178 to Rosman, NC. Both 276 & 178 have some fun curves to play in. We will make a "pit stop" in Rosman for drinks and rest room break. From there we turn left onto Hwy 64 and bout a 1/4 mile down the road we turn right onto Hwy 215 and run it to the Blue Ridge Parkway. We then head North on the Parkway till we get to Hwy 276. We will make a few "photo stops" on the Parkway. We will also stop at Looking Glass Falls and Ceaser's Head. Then it's Hwy 25 back to Gvegas.
