My co-worker's husband races an 89 LX with a 351 and Nitrous. This guy won last weekend with two 1st place trophies. They talked me into going to the track with them this weekend so I could run my '86 down the track. I'll let you guys know how I did. I'm totally new at this type of thing but I'm tired of hearing about how other people do it. I'm finally going to do it!

Where are you going? Are you going down to Jacksonville NC to run? I hope that it is a 1/4 mile as the one in Benson NC is only a 1/8 mile and it seems awfully small when you look at it. Good luck and let us know what your times are when you get done for the night. http://64.21.184.154/ubb/biggrin.gif

He said that Sundays weren't too good any more for test and tune day. But he says that there's another track close to this one that works just as good. He hasn't said where this one is exactly. I'll definitely let you know how I do. Thanks.

I forgot to mention that it is J'ville. He races on Saturday nights. Maybe I'll see you there sometime.

I think the only two mile tracks in NC are Rockingham and Fayetteville.
