Whats the OE part number for the 4bbl. carb found on a 85 GT? anyone?

Here's the number from the original 4180 I recently removed from my car: E5ZEGAA5E15. Number and word "Motorcraft" was located on a small blue metal tag attached with a screw to the side of the carb.
