And also, are all Mustang 5L High Output engines?
Are there any other Fords that use the H.O. I heard that the Mark VII LSC does which would make it a worthy opponent.
Just wondering, thanks.
Take care
All 5.0L Mustangs('82-'95), Cougar XR7s, Lincoln Mark VIIs, and Severe Service LTDs are H.O.
The difference between H.O. and non-H.O. is just about the entire top of the engine(heads, camshaft specs and firing order, intakes, pistons, injectors) and the ECA.

To further ask, I gather the new Body style in 94-95 had a 5.0 then? For some reason, I thought when the Fox body died, so did the 5.0...my ignorance on that. So the 4.7 started in 1996???
The Fox chassis(not body) still continues to this day albeit highly modified from the original 1978 production design. The '94-'95 Mustang GT and Cobra engine was the 5.0L. Yes, the 4.6L debuted in the Mustang 1996 - SOHC in the GT and DOHC in the Cobra.
