Any one know it 88' Gts came with air silencers.

yes it did but chances are the previous owner took it off

easiest thing to do is get under the car and look under the fender to see if its still there. If so 3 bolts and 6-7 minutes later its gone. Retain this piece though on the chance the car ever goes concours. Worst case somebody else may want to restore their car to original specs.

All '86-up V-8 Mustangs are originally equipped with an air silencer.
