1987 Mustang GT Registration Form

Read the entire form carefully BEFORE entering your data. The form is lengthy and this will help ensure you have the proper info before you start. We recommend printing the blank form to take with you as you gather the info from your car.

VERY IMPORTANT NOTE... PLEASE let us know if you encounter problems with these forms.  They have recently been converted from one programming language to another.  While we have attempted to test them thoroughly before making them available to you here, it is possible that you could run across technical difficulties while submitting your registration or you may spot mistakes on the forms themselves.  If you do have any issues, please accept our apologies in advance and let us know what problems you encounter so that we can fix them.  THANKS!!

What's a build sheet? This is a computer generated 8 x 11" piece of paper usually found under the carpet, a body panel or a seat with a bunch of letters and numbers on it representing the types of equipment that was placed on the car at the factory. These were used by assembly line workers to equip the cars as they came down the assembly line and were frequently left in the car as it was assembled. Not all cars have them.
